First, some of the information you were given does not sound very accurate.
When you zap properly, you should get good results. You can also zap when using Antibiotics for improved efficiency. Be sure to use good probiotic support, preferably kefir or a good yogurt with at least 5 to 6 different microbes.
If you have a ParaZapper CCa, it is as good as any of the models you mentioned, especially if you have the old footpads. If you have a cheaper ParaZapper, it is better than any $10 zapper that is available. I have checked them out and there were previous posts comparing preformance. Possibly lost in the great crash.
Correcting your pH is very important. I have not used the moreless drink but mine which is probably similar, has produced good results. Do not over do it. Once you are alkaline, look into Iodine suppliments.
