I disagree

Nothing has ever been promoted by idly sitting by and letting it flow. Our present society was built on civil disobedience. Without it we would still have slaves. Without it we wouldn't have freedoms.

You cannot ignore what is reality. The whole world will not flow into iodine. Iodine needs to be shoved down the throats of those that do not know. People are easily swayed, and they are too lazy to find these truths out on their own. They want to sit back comfortably and be told what to do. That's why the other parties are winning. They have the power of the media. They have the advertising dollars.

And while they are spending their advertising dollars, potentially one in 7 women are dying.

Are all those dead and suffering women not enough of a reason to not be silent? Are all those dead and suffering women not enough of a reason to try to voice what is apparent? And how do you propose to do that? By silence. Silence will kill thousands and thousands.

Sorry for the rant, but it's too ludicrous to even imagine that if we build it, they will come.

So where do we go to save all these people? We go to the people that might help. It's not idealism, it's war.
