The truth is just too freekin' simple for people.

It couldn't be that easy. Look at the replies from Christians! So much complexity in their explanations.

People imagine God to be so complex because of their belief that humans are little walking images of God, so, since they're so certain of their own complexity (look at how complex our bodies are... sheesh), God must be at least as complex as we think we are.

But I'll bet that God is simple, too.

God might as well be a synonym for "truth".
