hey here's what i had today.

930 AM - yogurt, coffee, 1/2 scoop whey
1230 PM - postworkout, gatorade and 1/2 scoop whey
3 PM - felt hungry .. handful cashews, 1 cup fresh oj
730 PM - big meal. 6 oz steak, about 1 cup rice, soup w/potatos and ground beef, 2 granola bars, 1 oz dark chocolate.

ok i let go a bit w/the granola bars and the chocolate ..

lets say after my big meal i am still hungry, what should i eat ? or should i not eat anymore ?
