new to the warrior diet


i've tried so many diets out there .. this one looks interesting and i'm gna give it a go. so let's say i start the WD tomorrow.

so i'll start out with tomato juice or fruit or bfast. then some nuts or something when i feel hungry again, then workout, have my postworkout shake, then fruits again til i reach dinner time and feast! let's see how it goes.

btw i'm 19, female, 128 lbs. trying to lose 10 lbs..
