maybe not the best for the main meal I would think,but I prefer more complex carbs if any on most days.For some reason I have a hard time with carbs albiet complex or not.

Just make sure you get enough protein and veggies,personaly When ever I dip too low in proteins and veggies I become weak and tired.Too many carbs and I become manic like.I Think you got it down pretty good soo far,veggies,fruits in the afternoon then a good sized meal
