sorry, i don't really get what you said bout the sugars ? are you talking about the gatorade? so what should i change up on my diet?
let's say this is my diet for tomorrow.
meal 1: yogurt, 1/2 scoop whey, coffee, then i go workout.
meal 2: after workout == 1/2 scoop whey, gatorade [or should i drop this??]
fast as long as i can, until evening comes around .. then i'll eat my main meal. if i get hungry throughout the day i'll have some cashews or something. right now cashews are the only nuts i've got at home.
