I'm 5'2. My body looks average size, i am only heavy because of muscle. Most people guess that I am about 115-120
lbs. But I would like to lose some BF%, and hopefully be around below 120, cause I feel heavy right now at 128-130 lbs.
I just started my first day on the warrior diet. I swear I felt like gving up after the first meal ! But i decided to just stick it out and see what happens..
1030 AM: First I had yogurt and tomato juice.
1230 PM: Then my family decided to have lunch at a restaurant, but I said I wasn't hungry so I didn't eat ..
230 PM: Got home, had some green tea and a salad -- cauliflower, tomatoes, onions, 1 hardboiled egg. I was feeling light headed and lazy, i guess cos my body is adjusting to this diet, so I took a nap.
6 PM: When I woke up, had some yogurt, coffee, and 1/2 scoop of whey, then worked out.
715 PM: 1/2 scoop whey, 1 tbsp gatorade powder [equal to 15g carbs]
8 PM: had my big meal. around 5-6
oz of steak, 1 cup of broccolli, 2 granola bars, 1 cup yogurt, 2 hard boiled eggs .. Is this ok ??
So basically that's my first day on the warrior diet. I was surprised to find that I was still able to do a leg workout, despite only having little food to eat. Tomorrow I have boxing training in the morning and hopefully I will have good energy. I was also surprised to find that when I had my evening meal I felt soooo stuffed. Usually, if I wasn't doing the warrior diet and I had this meal I would just feel pretty full.
I'll log on again tomorrow to tell you all about day 2.
