Thats alot of sugars for one meal with protein,I'd actually have the stuff prior to my main meal.Maybe a hour or so before,then have plenty of protein/veggies/carbs

sounds like you are getting the routine down though so it's all good from here!
it only gets better the longer you are on it,right now I have a small breakfast and then fast til later on.I find that it works better for me then just fasting.I broke the WD for a few days but I am back on it.
