I am not confused at all, i think as you say you are not following me and are getting alittle confused, but no need to apologise, these complex subjects can be very confusing!!

I donot have a notion of pro-lifers being against killing animals for food.

What i am wondering is should they be? That is why i set up this thread.

Pro-life just for humans seems abit one-sided for me.

To bring up religion maybe opening up a can of worms! I also question the christian commandement of 'THOU SHALT NOT KILL'

But to many christians this means: 'Thou shalt not kill, unless you are hungry and want to eat a living sentient being'

I am questioning the illogical stance of a meat eating pro-lifer....but you really have answered my queries that most people believe they are the superior species.
