sorry, I guess I'm not following you. You seem to be a bit confused. I don't know where you get the notion that pro-lifers are against killing animals for food. If anything, most pro-lifers would probably be less likely to be concerned about animals because they believe they have been given dominion over animals, as stated in the Bible. I am a Christian and a pro-lifer but I actually do have a soft spot for animals and I don't think it's a great practice to slaughter millions of animals. Having said that, I still eat meat. :) ...so I guess I'm kind of hypocritical in this sense. But those on the right are likely to be hunters and fisherman, and absolutely not against killing animals for food. If anything it would be those on the left who are more likely to be against killing animals -- yet they are the ones who have no problem aborting humans. That, to me, is what's nonsensical. If I'm misunderstanding what you're trying to say, I apologize in advance.
