But JCrows is repackaged from another source; they do not 'mix it up' on the premises (at least that's what I've read on CZ posts). It could have easily been poured from a bottle that said "not for internal use".

We have all (those that looked around) seen USP grades (and other grades) of the same exact chemicals with the same exact ratios in bottles with labels that say:

One bottle says "not for internal use"
Another bottle says "for internal use"

The ONLY way to know, is to be sure that the correct ratio was used, and the grade of chemicals that you desire.
