I will add about 8 almonds or pecans to the oatmeal for protein. I usually do not have a problem with either of those nuts. There is a small amount of Sugar also. Then I have OJ with some lecithin granules.
I was eating small portions of lean meat without a problem a few weeks ago. I don't know if it's coincidence or these Gallcleanse dissolve capsules had something to do with making attacks more frequent.
