Re: Plzchuckle's Lemonade Flush - part 1, layer 17a

No Epsom Salts , the cayenne is dialative and also "encourages" the bowels.

I had an experience yesterday afternoon that I'll be sharing in a post of it's own. I wound up opting not to do the lemonade flush drink last night but will do it this morning. Not sure if it was the drink or if I had a bit of a bug.

MOJO, I don't recommend either of these as additional flushes, but as alternative flushes. If Clark's is working for you, do it! Find the timing for them that works for you. I did 16 then decided I need to do something else.

As for the testie flush, I'm opting off of it. Aminal lecithin ain't my thing. Some here do it and love it. So make your own decisions.

Kidney health is an important part of flushing and I'm glad that you went with this product. I love it too!

So wifey's pain did ease up?
