Re: Plzchuckle's Lemonade Flush - part 1, layer 17a
First question, what are you eating in the evening?
Docta Dennis' flush calls for adding 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne powder to the drink, you could certainly open your caps and fill up a 1/4 teaspoon. The liquid cayenne that I used didn't mess up the taste of the drink, nor did it make it noticably hotter.
Are you supplementing with any unrefined plant oils? Something has got to require the liver to push the congestion out whether it's broken up or not. If you'll remember I stated concerns about this product. I don't see that it would hurt, but I don't see the ingredients that cause a flush to actually work.
MH makes a "flush kit" that is based on Clark's flush but tastes better.
DS, in fear of redundancy, I'll tell you that the HC flush has ingredients that have specific purposes for flushing the liver:
Epsom Salts relaxes the bile ducts so the stones and congested bile can easily pass and also encourages the bowels to pass the released toxins out of the body.
Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil in large amounts requires a large amount of bile to be released quickly in effort to digest the oil.
citrus causes strong muscle contractions in the liver and gallbladder giving extra push!
My new lil flush has the cayenne in place of the es, has less oil over several days and has the citrus. You might try using your product and find the right dosage with the hot lemonade to get things moving out. ALWAYS start on the side of too little.
