I did a day of 4x - 8 (200mg) drops and then a 5x - 6 (187.5mg) drops and the next day was 4x 2 (50mg) drops because my bod\mind said so... I worked up to the high doses over more than a week taking 100mg for several days. I was\am eating a great deal of cilantro and have also been taking my green drink with a tablespoonful of chlorella in it. I think that the literature is right, you know and feel when it is right or not. If you push the limit, your mind\body will let you know.
I am going to stick with 4x x 2 drops for a while unless more or less seems indicated and monitor progress. My muscle soreness and stiffness caused from (what I thought were) my workouts has improved considerably along with my flexibility. My knees are still problematic with range of motion, but that is joint damage from years of poor body balance and all of those dang surgeries. Hopefully that will heal over time.
Another note: I am getting about 6 hours of sleep most nights and getting along great... no daytime crashes. Very unusual for me. I have always needed between 7 - 8 hours.
