Re: yesYesYES! more please Re: Okay - here it is

Molly,

What I would MOST like to know, is if the dosage of Iodine was increased to make up for the fluoride in the Prozac...and if so, how much.

Quite honestly, I have VERY little faith in N.D.'s (not that that means that everyone should agree or think as I do). My reasoning is: I have known (myself included) several people that have been 'strung along' by N.D.s (and read of hundreds of others)...taking years to get healed and costing thousands of dollars, when the healing could have (should have) been accomplished far sooner (and with MUCH less expense), if the N.D.'s would be willing to 'dive in & get down to the basics' and lose their 'timidity' with treating patients. (Ruhroh, Rastro, I sense a rant coming on!).

More worried about Iodine than Prozac? I have yet to read any stories about "Iodine Death"...but the suicides & lives ruined by Prozac? countless. So that doesn't set too well with me right off the bat. (Of course, I realize that each individual is different and requires different levels of caution/care, but it sounds like that particular ND is pretty well convinced/convincing that Iodine is some kind of a "major danger"...and my research so far certainly shows nothing of the kind).

And did I read correctly, three YEARS with Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome under the care of an N.D. and STILL living with CFS? Good ole Dr. Schulze /Christopher/Gerson and their 'gang' would have a heydey with that, for sure! Assuming 'patient compliance' (of course!) three years of treatment to still not be able sit at a computer seems (to me) to be on the outrageous side.

Oh yes, please ask your friend (if you will/can/are inclined)...how many Colon Cleanses has he done? how many liver flushes? fresh juice fasting? coffee enemas?) Please pardon my sarcasm, but in my experience I've found that ND's LOVE to "push pills"...and very seldom have I heard of them insisting that their patients utilize only the purest of tinctures & supplements available - rather they tend to push what's on their shelves.

Oh my, I hope I haven't gone and turned this post into a 'downer' :( Or squashed anybody's enthusiasm. I'm just a 'damn the torpedos, full speed ahead' type gal and I believe very strongly that the human body is a self-healing 'turbine'! Once given the ability to absorb nutrients properly and eliminate toxins (thorough colon cleanse); eliminate toxins that cannot be eliminated by flushing & natural chelation; and given days/weeks of juice fasting (so that the major energy spent in digestion can be utilized for healing & repair), and of course eliminating ALL toxins in the diet/home (as well as receiving maximum nutrition/minerals in the form of some type of organic 'superfood', natural salt, and now we know iodine :), there's very few disease states that won't disappear in a matter of months.

But alas, there's virtually NO MONEY to be made by that protocol, and N.D.s have all kinds of expenses to meet. And, as I mentioned before, patient compliance is not easy thing to control.

Anyway, thank you again (EVER so much)...all information is always craved & welcome here.

Blankets of blessings,

Unyquity
