ok then, what is wrong with my diet?

I didn't mention the oils that I take, but I take organic cold-pressed flax, borage, and evening primsrose. Been so for a long time.

My diet is a thousand times betters than most people's.

My friends all eat like crap and have perfect skin without even a pimple, much less deeply sunken scars that have destroyed their face!

Obviously diet does not play such a huge roll because I have the diet. It is genetics.
