I must agree: It should all be true, provided that the number of variables [and the opposing parameters] remain conveniently constant, which unfortunately they don't seem to according to my data. In english this could translate to so many apparently unrelated arguments such as "calories don't matter", "fat won't make you 'fat'", "cholesterol has nothing to do with 'it'", and "in the long run it may be useless to exercise as a single measure after all", but I won't speculate, of course. So far, those are just some loose thoughts of mine; not much more.
