I believe I have finally started loosing weight once again since upping my dietary fat intake. I easily eat 4 - 6 ounces of healthy fats a day. At least an ounce of coconut oil, sometimes 2 and that much of any of or combination of hemp, flax, olive, mostly on raw salads with oily fish or raw dairy cheese added and at least 1/2 ounce of fish\cod oil... about once or twice a week organic butter can be added to the mix.
I do try to eat some healthy fat with every meal. I should probably state that it could be tone and not weight loss as I have not weighed myself in almost a year.
May have a little to do with my increase in kelp consumption too.
