Re: Stomach acid

Neo,
I had been thinking the last few days about putting up a post to update you on my condition. I am still on the homeopathics. I had been on the rattlesnake grass to increase my stomach acid production and also a homeopathic to rebuild my immune system, which is pretty shot. I started having really bad side effects with the immune homeopathic and went off it. I had been on it for 6 weeks or so just by itself. My regular symptoms got worse plus I started getting bad migraines frequently through the day, and they seemed to be tied into eating/digestion. Anyway, finally my rattlesnake grass arrived in the mail plus the HCL tabs. I went on these and my migraines went away immediately. It turned out the immune homeopathic was actually decreasing my stomach acid production. Go figure. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise because when i saw my homeopathic guy last week and told him, he knew right away that it was because I also wasn't making the amino acid l-arginine. This amino acid is critical and is involved in circulation. v1agra works by increasing your l-arginine, although not through supplementation but by killing of an enzyme that kills l-arginine. I have always had a very difficult time having an orgasm, and it is related to this. My lack of production of stomach acid and l-arginine goes back to my development in the womb. I am convinced the only way to increase both is through homeopathics. I am taking HCL tabs now for immediate relief. i suggest you do the same until you can find a permanent solution - proper digestion is absolutely critical to health and longevity, and having to take something with every meal is better then an early grave. I am now on two homeopathics - one each for the stomach acid and l-arginine. When I go back in 4 weeks I am going to add the immune one back in so i can rebuild my immune system. The Doc wanted to add it back this time but I was a little 'gun shy' after the problems I had with it. Now that he knows about the l-arginine deficiency he can add it back safely. if I were you I would seek out a good applied kinesiologist and try the homeopathics again.
