Yes it is.....but thanks anyhow...You should add Ginseng to that list btw
Ashwaganda has to be handled carefully as it supports BOTH the thryoid and the
adrenals......it is a good place to start but you must back off it once you see some
calm in the adrenals because it can stimulate the thyroid too much and cause.....weak
adrenals.....a real see saw battle.

Frankly, getting to the root of all this is still the best way to deal with it and for that, neurofeedback is the key.
