I've had low body temp for a while, most of adrenal fatigue symptoms and some of hypothyroid. I'm sure this is partly due to high levels of lead/mercury and mineral imbalances. I'm currently chelating and will certainly be boosting my Iodine intake to try to raise my metabolism as well
