BTW - you may also like to try this! I just read in one of my natural health books and it made me think of you - it said that cantaloupe juice is recommended for hypertension. Try juicing maybe 1/2 cantaloupe (or the whole thing, if you think you can drink that much as a meal lol) a day. It also recommends garlic, so if you could eat a clove of garlic/day on a salad too, it may help!
