My BP was creeping up even being athletic during the morning/evening I was getting 140/90s and after talking to a NP Dr. he recommended cutting back on calcium and more magnesium which I did, but it wasn't until I found out about a website name healthsavers and I tried the Pressure FX and the Magnessium tea. Within about a week my BP went back down to 120/65 and I have never been below 75. I believe it the magnesium tea thats doing the trick and not the Pressure FX. I switched from their brand to Natural Vitality Resp/Lemon Flavor it makes a good tea. I make it in hot water 1 tsp morning/1tsp afternon and then evening. I switched off all calcium supplements and went to adding Phytovitamins which has a small amount of Homopathic Calcium in the Multiwhole food vitamin.
I think the key to this magnesium it seems to enter the cells better then pilll form and it sures give you a good night sleep. Well read up on magnesium and you will see it has many wonderful properties.
