I have tried many things to keep my high blood pressure under control for the past 6 or 7 years. Since about one month I take two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in 8 oz of water, three times a day before my meals. It is working for me. About 5 or 10 minutes after ingesting I feel much more relaxed. I have not felt that good in a long time. It also seems that I am less anxious. I would do a search in the web about apple cider vinegar.
