You may probably know this already, but in case you don't - vitamin E helps prevent any damage you may have from high bp. Also vitamin C is good for that too.

A simple breathing exercise to try: instead of breathing as you normaly do (feel it in your chest area), try to breath using your belly. Instead of your chest moving as you breathe, try to inhale with your tummy coming out and then in as you exhale. I hope I explained it well... I know it may sound crazy, but it is a proven technique to reduce the stress level - it can't fail.

Oh one other thing - make sure you get enough sleep and watch funny films like totaly crazy comedies!
