I would like to know your usual diet, although I do see that you like to go without eating fairly frequently.

If you could give a sketch of your usual eating patterns, I would appreciate that.

Could you also give us some idea of your age, general size, and the state of your health...just roughly?

That would give us some comparison with our own bodies, and some idea of what we could reasonably expect.
