You say candida is coming out? How do you know if your stool has candida in it unless you send it to a lab for studying. I used to do p/b shakes too along time ago. You should know that psyllium expands and is indigestible meaning that it can pass with some of your bowels making it seem that you are getting out alot when it is mostly just the psyllium you are ingesting.
Yes people do have stool at most times in their colons. I'm not disputing that. What I'm disputing is that we probably don't have tons and tons like we are led to believe. And if your colon becomes too impacted it can kill you anyway.
Thats what happened to the child in 'Poltergeist' movies. You know that cute little blonde one named Heather O'Rourke. She had an impaction in her bowel, was vomiting her food because of it and died. So maybe colon impaction is deadly and if you and I are still walking around not doubling over in pain, then there's that possibility that we may not be impacted. Yes, some soft stool we can get rid of but not so impacted to put ourselves on these rigorous, colon irritating and often painful bowel cleanses.
