ok this is going to be long! here you go...all details included!! also, i apologise in advance because my memory is TERRIBLE. i have a disorder which means i cant remember things properly. so i am not the best person to give you exact details but i will try! i am going to give you what i can piece together, but it may not be totally accurate (i will leave out bits i am confused over). it will give you a general idea anyway...
1. detox herbal tincture
i took this ages ago, i cant remember too well it was before i got into the whole cleansing/flushing thing. i had a fairly healthy diet, no processed foods, lots of fresh fruit and veg, estimate about 10-20% raw. yoga 2-3 times/week about 40mins. i made no changes to diet or exercise while taking this tincture. it was this one:

looking back i dont know how i got past the visuals! still, the info was good and it convinced me.
results: i cant remember the dose, sorry. it was maybe a dropper full in the morning and thats it. so it was a weak dose i think. also, it is recommended on the site to fast while taking it and i did not do so at the time. still, i got a few of the aforementioned chip like objects out. no other noticeable results so i stopped using it. no change otherwise in my BMs, they were still ibs-y.
the rest is all since about 6 weeks ago (appx!)
2. oil pulling
20 mins of swishing olive oil (cold pressed, organic blah blah just assume this every time i mention olive oil!) on an empty stomach 4 times a day. my body was very toxic and this is how often i needed to do it. i mainly fasted, eating a very small meal about once a day. lots of water and herbal tea. my digestion was rubbish still at this point (underactive in general), and i did not have BMs for days because of fasting. i did this for about 4 days before adding the next step.
3. lemon/OO drink
2 US
oz fresh squeezed organic lemon juice mixed with 2 US olive oil. taken at 3pm after fasting for the whole day. i had my first detox reaction the day of taking this, in the evening. it was extreme fatigue, trouble concentrating and some nausea i took aloe juice for.`i also did a shot of corriander juice. i lost my appetite, so i continued fasting until my appetite came back sometime in the evening the next day. i continued oil pulling for approximately the next week, along with partial fasting as my appetite dictated and started yoga again after about a year of not being able to. i had tons of energy.
results: in terms of BMs, the oil moved things through. i would estimate i had appx 1 BM a day for the day i took the drink and the day after, then a bunch of BMs the day after that. then, slowly my BMs went back to being around 1 or less than 1 a day.
4. another lemon/OO drink, and the herbal detox tincture
this was maybe a week after. same protocol as before. this time i resumed normal eating in the morning of the day after. my tongue got white from the detox tincture this time. i do not remember the results exactly in terms of BMs, i would imagine it was similar to the first lemon/OO drink. i know sometime around this time i had about 5 BMs a day one day, and 3/4 the day before or after that.
5. throughout all of the above i was doing hot/cold showers, and detox baths (cover body with
OO (Olive-Oil) and get into hot epsom bath +/- herbs/spices)
6. egg/lime/oil liver flush, with swf
i fasted the day before and on the day until about 3pm when i drank 2 egg yolks, juice of 3 limes and 2 tbsp olive oil mixed together. i laid on my back for 1.5 hours then slept for appx 3-4 hours. i could feel my liver being suctioned it was weird! i fasted for the rest of the night, and the next morning at about 6am i took the swf with abdo massage and yoga stretching. it all moved through in just over an hour. i got out a lot of stuff, and it was gross. lol!
i did another one the day after, and swf the next morning. same results. after a few days i did another one i think. same results as far as i can remember.
throughout this period of
Liver Flushing i did oil pulling too, about once a day for 20 minutes. i was drinking fennel tea as well, which was helping my BMs. i was having few BMs still though by this point. still continued the detox baths
(sorry do not have time frame for this last part)
7. started drinking kefir, 300-400ml in the morning on an empty stomach. after a few days, i was having 1 BM/day without fail. (sorry, i dont know if this stage actually came before or after the next stage.)
8. did another egg/lime/oil and had swf disaster (bowel obstruction, swf stayed in there for a good 7 hours). finally got it out with
Epsom Salts . similar results to first times.
9. did 1 week of bowel healing diet mostly veg broths +/- rice, soups etc.
10. resumed normal diet. added 2 tbsp ground up flax seeds to my kefir in the morning. got bloated and very full feeling at first. then after a few days or a week started having many BMs. one day had something stupid like 6 in a few hours.
11. continued with morning kefir/flax seed, added 1 small glass just kefir before evening meal on empty stomach. bloating decreased slowly, BM's stabilised at 2/3 per day.
