After it's composted there are no diseases in it...and yeah, a healthy immune system would certainly take care of any problems with compost that wasn't quite "done" yet. It's a shame that China has gone down the tubes. I did read a book on this subject "Farmers of forty Centuries"..a historical perspective...
We garden, organically. We use manure from our neighbor's horses. We do have a composting toilet, however it is not "in service" right now... :) We do have friends that use one although they don't use that on the food crops as that is not accepted if you want organic certification..
You're a really interesting and knowledgable guy, Jayson. I'm glad that you found this forum. I'll bet that you could get some really interesting discussions going on in the Gardening and Permaculture forums as well.. :)
