Re: Garlic clears out heavy metals
Oh, I totally agree with your about my MIL....I believe her unhealthy mental outlook would have killed her years earlier if she hadn't been doing those things. Before we got into this lifestyle, we used to mock her. Now I count all the things I've learned to do that she was doing back then.
I don't mean to be argumentative, I just offer this one story. And I guess my question to you is do you really know if the people around you are offended and not telling you? My husband and I ate tons of garlic at one time. Until someone in the office made a snide comment about him, and his boss actually called him in to tell him to tone it down a bit. He called me at work, and while I was giggling at this predicament, one of my office staff said..."We've been meaning to talk to you...".
But your story of garlic and prostate cancer is truly inspiring. So I wouldn't tell you not to eat your garlic, not for anything in the world. Good for you. I say if you leave a slight waft in your wake, and somebody doesn't like it, tell them to take a giant leap.
Ah, it's hard being adopted. I have no idea what my genetic make up is at all. I'm a mystery.
