Re: Garlic clears out heavy metals
Hi all,
This is way off topic, but one time I was pregnant and went to the hospital for an ultrasound and had to take an elevator to go up to the office, which shared a floor with a diabetes clinic. So because I am pregnant, my sense of smell is working way overtime, to the degree that I cannot even sleep next to my husband at night almost. (Really!)
So I finish with the appointment and I am waiting for the elevator when this ENORMOUS guy, cf. Trapper's truck-driver post, walks up to wait, too. And he smelled so, so bad. Not unclean, but sort of sweet, but it was totally overwhelming to me. The elevator arrived and we got on and all of a sudden I knew I wasn't going to make it so I stepped off and went back to the office to sit for a minute.
I was telling a friend of mine about it later who is an ER nurse, and she said that what happens is that we get so fat that external yeast infections actually develop between the rolls of flesh, and cause the sweet smell. (I do believe this was the conversation in which she said she has pulled remote controls and part of a sandwich out of such rolls of fat).
So, Molly, Jayson -- eat ALL the garlic you want and smell as pungent as you can. There is no way you would ever smell that bad. And I am always grateful that I have ended up here rather than on the path that leads to diabetes and other chronic conditions. It has got to be a miserable life. I have heard that yeast infections are no fun.
I got e-yelled at on another forum today and I feel very relieved to be back in the safe confines of OP. Kick me if I ever stray again.
Hope you all are well, and happy pulling.
Laura
