Re: Curlyzone
Hi Curlyzone,
Glad to hear healing is coming along for you. Has your itching gone away completely? Is your skin discolored yet clearing of the patches? What do your eczema areas look like? All mine patches have flattened out and the skin is smooth but still dark and discolored. In certain areas, I can see the skin trying to peak through. It is a slow but sure process - I am doing everything in my power to be patient. This condition developed over time for me so it may take just as long for it to clear up where I will finally have a sense of normalcy in my life which I long for more then anyone can imagine.
It's ironic that you mentioned teas. Right now, the only tea I am currently incoporating in my diet is Alvita dandelion root(roasted)tea. It's sooooooooo good, all natural and no caffeine. I drink two cups a day - one with breakfast and one before bedtime. I add a little bit of honey for taste since the tea is naturally bitter. I've also been trying to find out information about oolong tea which I heard is really good for eczema healing. I may add more teas but for the time being, just this one and possibly oolong. I'm also looking into milk thistle. So far the regimen I've been doing is working:) The link below on dandelion root and it's benefits made me give it a go:

Aside from the tea, I just purchased Natrol Grape Seed Extract and am still taking flaxseed oil daily, fiberblend cleanse, the whole 9 yards with fruits and vegetables, water, etc.
Thanks for those links, very helpful. You might want to check out the following:
