another issue to consider is that people who are massively and severely deficient in one or more minerals may in fact be able to utilize inorganic sources of minerals in their state of "minerals starvation"
the way a starving person might survive on food considered inedible by most. give a person dying of scurvy some inorganic calcium ascorbate, i bet their body would be readily utilize it. but once they got better, it would be best if they found some oranges or red peppers for their vitamin c. so i believe inorganic minerals can be an important crutch, a sort of stepping stone for those who are severely mineral depleted, but ultimately we should all be working towards 100% plant based mineral intake, along with Sea Salt (see above)
