Re: what about sea salt?

why are the negatively charged anions a good thing? does the negative charge help open cell walls or allow for greater absorption?

another thing to consider about Sea Salt is this - its minerals that have slowly and FULLY dissolved in water over millions of years. none of the non-organic minerals sold as supplements can fully dissolve in water. perhaps calcium powders sold as supplements would be just fine if we left it to dissolve in water a a few millions years then came back and drank it. this action of being fully dissolved may transform the non-organic minerals into something to human body can use.
