Re: What does/do your doctor(s) diagnose,... and the prognoses?
It is so nice talking with you. To answer some of your questions - I am drinking distilled water with lemon - 1 gallon a day. I am taking M****tech multivitamin - 4 a day, M****CLEANSE, Phytaloe - 1 teaspoon a day, AO - 3 a day, Garlic pills - 4 a day, acidocphilos (however you spell it) 6 a day, and flax seed oil - 1 teaspoon a day. The nerve issue - I am not sure how it occurred - not from childbirth. I have been to a chirocpractor and have had no luck. I have been to many chiropractors - I have been to many a doctor - acupuncture, hypnosis, you name it I did it.
Was it occurring before you increased PLUS? - no this pattern did not occur - I was detoxing and having pain a lot but not having long stretches of good days afterwards. This all occurred once I increased the Plus. This is what happened for the first 8 months - I was feeling the same as I was before I started except worse - the pain was worse and I got more headaches and was tired a lot more. I was having less good days than before I started for the whole 8 months. I never got the more energy that every body talks about - I just got more pain and crappy feeling. I increased the Plus and felt even worse for awhile and then the pain got better but I felt nausea and had headaches every day but noticed the stretches of pain getting further apart. Do you think I should increase the Plus any more? or will it just make the detox worse? I heard that some people increase and feel better. How do you know what dose to take and when to increase or decrease?
I see nothing so far in your narrative that the detox symptoms have had accompanying benefits, that you were not experiencing before the increase. - I'm not sure I understand this comment. Are you saying that the the increase caused the detox and now the benefits are coming? What was happening the first 8 months? Even though you are not detoxing your body is still using the nutrients though - right. All of this is so confusing to me. Thanks for your replies. Ginamarie
