Just do it!
Was it occurring before you increased PLUS? - no this pattern did not occur - I was detoxing and having pain a lot but not having long stretches of good days afterwards. This all occurred once I increased the Plus.
You increased the PLUS from 2 to 4 per day and started having stretches of "good days." I suggest that you stop asking for permission or advice and just try it. Pay attention to results and make your decisions. ie Try 6,...and maybe after a few days, try 8. It is usually more effective to spread the doses out...Say 2 tabs, 4X a day to get the maximum effect. If nothing or something bad is happening, reduce the amounts.
These products are not poisonous drugs, but food in natural forms. No toxicity! The digestive system recognizes it as food and absorbs and utilizes it well. It is possible to get a bad reaction, such as people who should not eat peanuts, but you should have noticed it by now.
The hormone support in this product is dioscorea from Mexican yams, so in effect, it is similar to ask about eating 6 or 8 potatoes a day instead of 4. There may be significant differences or negligible. When one finds that one is spending dollars in product to get a nickel's worth of improvement, most people cut back to a more cost effective level.
If you find that uncertainty makes you fearful, you may want to fall back on your doctor or M/T associate and do what they say, but I assure you that they don't know for certain. No one does. But there are some with better educated guesses against other people's opinions that who don't have a clue. Check out how much education on nutrition that your MDs get in medical school, that any medical schools offer as their curriculum. And yet, to stay out of trouble, we constantly hear, "Ask your doctor before you take that stuff." The doctor will never get into trouble by saying, "Don't take it." especially when he has no clue. If he says, "Do it." and you get sick or die, he might be sued by you or your survivors. What would you expect him to say? (As you might imagine, I have always been rejected by one side or the other for jury duty on medical lawsuits.)
The great majority of people don't have your problems nor responses to PLUS. If you are that exception, you need to observe the results and make changes. If I, your doctor, or someone else tells you to do something and it works better or does not, you are still responsible to decide what is next. You live 24 hours a day with the results.
Good luck with your results!
