Re: Naturalist (questions) :)
I would definitely do the hyperbaric oxygen. One clinic told me I needed at least 20 treatments and another told me I needed 40. The prices were $200, $135, and $75. It surprises me that your
colonic therapist has a chamber...
Where can I get a machine for ozonated water? Brand name...maybe a link?
There are ambient air and medical-grade machines. I have this one.

Here are some other ozone machines:

I would encourage you to go to the ozone forum and read before purchasing a machine.
2) How much H202 do I out in the bath(thats hydrogen peroxide correct?) 3% okay? Is more than once a week ok?
Yes.
H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) is hydrogen peroxide. I use a 1/2 cup of 35% to a full tub of hot water along with 1/2 cup of
Epsom Salt and 1/2 cup baking soda. Soak for 30 minutes. You can increase the amounts of
Epsom Salt and baking soda if you like to 1 to 2 cups. Start out slow on the 35%
H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) (even starting at 1/4 cup the first time you use it.) Take a cold shower after bathing. I would recommend that you do this once a week. You will see why after taking the bath. Have someone handy to help you out of the tub. This is not only great for your discs, but for detoxifing your body. (It will kill
parasites and help with your infection.) I now take an
H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) bath once a month. I am sure you can use straight 3%, but I am not sure how much to add to your bath water. Maybe 2 cups. don't know. This is where I purchas my 35%.

Please read info on 35% H2O2 it is volitale.
Take ginger baths. You will love them. I put 2 TBLS in the bath water. I also take glyconutrients, A*****ose, and it really helps me.
5)Did you have tingling. I have it all the time in hands and feet.
YES!!! This is caused from the herniated discs pressing on a nerve(s). This will calm down, go away, as you heal. Especially after you get control of your inflamamtion.
I did see a chiro for my herniated discs. He did not adjust my neck, but he did use an activator on the rest of my spine. He also put moist heat on my back and had me lay on a massage bed. I have a massage bed and moist heating pads and I felt he was aggravating the problem. So I no longer go to chiros. I tried 3 different ones.
I was a controller (accountant) I no longer work.
What I take for inflammation:
krill oil, cod liver oil, msm/vit C, Vit E, grape seed extract, arthro 7, and genesis today B vit

I also take their goji and noni product and their multi vit and calcium are also excellent.
I also use a tens unit

(this is not the one I use) I got mine years ago.
I would recommend light stretching, gentle massage, and ice/heat.
Try not to eat grains and sugars and do eat fermented foods. I like kefir and goat yogurt. 95% of my diet is from organic sources. I also fast.
I also practice EFT

I highly recommend this.
I hope this helps you and please take care of yourself.
