Re: Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber
Give yourself some time to heal and if you had less favorable experiences with any therapy stop them.
I still recommend the self help exercises we developed for self help re-alignment of the spine. You find them at my website.
It is in the end always our own system that does the repair and healing and not even one single therapy is succesful on the long run without our own cooperation!
Prolotherapy appears to be an effective treatment however should not be seen as cure for all and free oneself from self-responsibility and discipline.
Pressure chambers are very effective and their possibilities not yet fully understood and used. Many sports professionals heal their injuries with oxygen faster in pressure chambers. Unfortunately these chambers are expensive and not everywhere.
I helped quite a few patients with a little trick when I was still in the philippines in my former main job in the scuba diving industry: Divers with injuries, back pain, asthma and other problems was improving fast when I told them to stay in a hovering position in the swimming pool at several feet depth breathing either Nitrox or in some cases pure oxygen!
So they had no pressure on their spine, complete relaxation for 30 to 45 minutes because it is virtually impossible to be influenced by the outer world while submerged in scuba! And: They had an oxygen infusion so to say!
This was offered very affordable for them compared to a pressure chamber.
Of course they were all certified divers but it is no problem to do a dive course or a discover scuba course (half day!) rent equipment and try this.
Just some ideas...
