Re: --answer-- undigested food?
Hi Sutton,
You may want to get a refractometer to use, because it may answer a lot of Questions you are having as to the Lack of Quality of the foods which you may be eating, and thus may point to where some of your problems are comming from ?
Your quote: My morning ph is 7.5 saliva and 4. urine. End of quote.
This may be because of eating too much Protein before bedtime !
As the Lack of enough Calcium may allow the Protein to be in the Alkaline isotope form, thus your morning Saliva pH for being high and your urine pH being very Acid !
The 4 pH of the urine is very Acidic !
You may find that as you start supplying your body with enough Calcium, that the Saliva pH may drop as the Protein is converted to the Acidic Isotope and the body is trying to Remove the Excess Proteins !
You may also find that you may need the Epsom Salt with each meal to help the Liver and Kidneys to be able to deal with getting Rid of the Excess Proteins from your body ?
Your Diabetes problem may be because your Adrenal gland does not have the Alkaline Minerals it needs to properly regulate the Blood sugar levels in your body , and Natural Sodium may be one of these which you are lacking in correct ratio to the other Alkaline Minerals !
And you need to learn to "STOP" eating Refined and Processed foods and Proteins of an evening before bedtime !
Once you can learn to supply your body with the needed Alkaline Minerals and Complete Complexed Carbohydrates, then you may see the problems of Diabetes go away !
Smile Tis your choice.
