Monkeylip,
I have taken Flora Source and it did nothing for me. Might work for you though. I have talked to several probiotic companies about combining acidophilus and bifodus and have gotten the feed back that they should not be taken at the same time. They will cancel eachother out.
Moreless....are you sure about taking both?
