--answer-- Better Probiotic !--

I have not recently checked into Flora Source, but they used to make several Different mixes of Probiotics for Different Problems and each contained Different Probiotics and Different Billion counts, and one would have to find the mix , which their own Body may need to be benefical !

So, it is very possible you did "NOT" use the Correct mix to Solve your problems !

But, they had much Good info about the Different Probiotics and what each worked for at one time, you would just need to educate yourself as to what your body was Lacking and then use that mix !

As far as the idea that some companies Claiming you should not mix the Acidophilus and Bifidus, this is "JUST" a Marketing ploy by those companies who do not offer the Best Probiotics, and they are trying to Sell their Products !

For as I mentioned in one of the other posts, that the body will utilize the Probiotic Strain it needs to Digest the foods you choose to eat at the Different times you eat Different foods and the Strain of Probiotics which your body does "NOT" need for this kind of food which you have chosen to eat may just go dormant and not be utilized !

So, it is not that it is Bad to mix the strains, but that the mixing of the strains provides the body what it may need depending on what your choice of foods may be at the time you eat !

For Different foods may require Different probiotic Strains for the body to be able to properly Digest these foods !

The Biggest problem from people not seeming to get Good Results from using Probiotics may be that they eat too much Protein and this may "KILL" "ANY" Probiotics which they may take !

Or they are taking too much anti-biotics !

So, there is a Cause for you "NOT" getting Positive Results !
