--answer-- undigested food?

Hi Sutton,

Your question : So Moreless, if you are reading this could you give me your input on peristalsis and epsom salts. I would like to be free of laxatives, enemas etc...... End of it .

"If" a person is eating healthy foods, then the Digestive system will function properly !

So, this may mean that when a person is eating Unhealthy foods, then we may expect problems !

The Liver and Kidneys "MUST" have enough Magnesium in order to function properly in the process of waste removal !

This also includes the Digestive system at the bottom end !

Epsom Salt is Magnesium Sulfate, so it provides some of the magnesium which most people are too short on and it also provides Sulfates of which is a form of sulfer !

The Sulfer is needed by the body to help regulate the Proteins, and it is the proteins which are the "Biggest" waste problem, which the body may have to Deal with !

So, it may be Wise to not consider the Epsom Sqalt as a laxative, but as a needed food, when you are not eating enough Cole crops which would Naturally supply your body with enough Magnesium and Sulfate !

The peristalsis may be controlled by the nerves which may be Regulated by the Magnesium , which the body may or may not have !

So, the more Top Quality Fresh greens of the cole family you may choose to eat, may mean that you may not need as much Epsom Salt !

But if these greens are of Poor Quality and they contain "NPN" then you may need more Epsom Salt !

Smile Tis your choice.
