Where I say...

"We haven't yet understood all of our 'gifts'...that we only have to say it once, and all of our powers, our strengths, are now on duty, focussed entirely upon taking us exactly where we want to go."

I would like to add that making a statement once, deliberately or not, and even if we don't BELIEVE it, works.

Try it on simple things..."I will smile, automatically, as I come out of my bedroom door each morning."

You'll see.

And, where I say...

"There is no such thing as a 'part' of energy. Energy can't be divided."

It would have been better if I had said...

"There is no such thing as a 'part' of VIBRATION. Energy IS vibration, and can't be divided."

Everything has its own unique vibration, I think, and that vibration can't be slowed or speeded up except by the application of another vibration...whereby it becomes something else.

That's why Doyle Henderson suggests that we return (regress) our memories to an earlier age (before age 5), prior to events that affected us.

That 'original child' is there forever, no matter what else happens to us. Re-establishing that vibration is very nice, and refreshing.

Last night I was wondering if it would work more easily if one used a button to represent 'the obstacle' while doing the trace, so as not to forget during the trace. Then, of course, we could choose another button, or a smooth stone, to represent us when we arrive at the earlier age before trauma...returning there whenever we wish by simply stroking it in our pocket. Hm-m-m...)

It only takes a moment or two to return, once we have completed a meaningful trace.
