Do you ever put a banana in the blender with some almond milk? You can add sweetener, cocoa powder- the kind that is just dark chocolate, or carob or strawberries or whatever.
Also coconut oil is very satisfying and good for you. You can check out the coconut forum, they have a good recipe for fudge using only coconut oil, honey, and cocoa powder. It's delicious!
