Yes, I liken support of evolution to a religion, because the behaviors in both cases are nearly identical!

On the contrary, they are worlds apart. Religion is based on the traditional rituals and a few select writings.   Religion, does not research, test, experiment of seek ways to falsify itself.    Science depends on evidence, experiment, documented observations, peer-review. Religious beliefs are static, scientific knowledge is adaptive and expanding.   Religion argues from authority, science from evidence.   Religion depends on emotion, science demands reason.

For example, both sides already have their respective answer, whether it's "Jesus" or "Darwin".

No, only the religious side would make such an arguments, Science does not argue from authority.   Creationist may argue that their idea is true because the bible says so, a scientist (or any other reasonable person) argues for evolution because the evidence yields no other conclusion.

Both sides accept all evidence which supports their view of things and reject all evidence which suggests that their view of things is wrong.

Again false, science constantly challenges and re-examines old experiements, results and ideas.   Anomalies in results are one of the greatest thing to a scientist.   They lead to new and undiscovered paths - the history of science if filled with examples.

Science makes no claims to having the ultimate answer, only the best available answer given the evidence at hand. However in the case of evolution, there is no other viable alternative. It is the only, reasonable, rational explanation that fits 3.5 billion years of evidence.

Religions confuse feelings for knowledge, science demands that knowledge be backed up by facts.

For you to think evolution is not science indicates to me that you either don't understand evolution, or that you don't understand science and what it is. It meets all the stringent requirements that would be demanded in every other field.    Scientitst no longer spend time trying to prove evolution - it has long be proven to all rational people - they now work to characterized its mechanisms, the timeline and various other details.    Only creationists are "working hard" to prove something, but it is a wasted effort as their only source is the bible.    Evolution is well established, it has 150 years of research and 3.5 billion years of evidence to support it. And its major selling point is that it explains all the evidence we have gathered, across all scientific displines, from every corner of the planet, from the beguinning of life to the present. It is all covered by Evolution.

What really pisses you guys off is that Creationists are getting really good at using Science against Evolutionists

No creationist has ever used science against evolution. it you think so then you have been badly fooled. They are very good at using pseudo-science and fooling the poorly informed, but their arguments always fail. Every field of science that relates to evolution has produce evidence that supports it. There has never been a case in which science has been used to falsify evolution. Ever!
