Re: Cutting out Meat? Bad Idea : (
Here Here! You have to listen to your body. And you have to learn how to determine whether it is the
parasites living in you that is causing to you crave a food, or your body that is hungry for the nutrients in a particular food. If you crave something, you eat it, and you feel bad the next day, guess what? You didn't need to be eating that, the
parasites were hungry for it. If you eat something and it tastes wonderful and you feel great, it was probably good for you. I'm type O. Eating meat constipates me. I feel well when I eat lots of short grain brown rice. But I also need the iron and the protien, so I eat a little lean meat once in a while, and usually have to do an enema to get things moving again. If I eat a lot of animal fat, my right side hurts and my face breaks out. Animal fat gives me gall stones and feeds face mites.
All that said and done, I just put "one pound of buffalo meat" on my shopping list. I'm planning to make stew this week because I need a litte fat and some cooked vegetables to stay warm. In the spring I will got back to eating mostly raw vegetables, fruit, nuts, sprouted things and fermented things. That kind of food keeps me cool. I feel great when I consume foods that are high in enzymes. My cells sing with joy, and the worms hate it. They growl, grumble and die off more easily. If you eat pineapple and pumpkin seeds for a couple of days and then take a dose of
Clarkia , you'll get better results than if you take it with a T-Bone.
Scientists know how to generate supportive data for any hypothesis. The book "Diet for a New America" presents a very convincing body of evidence against eating animal fat. It is important to know whether studies have been peer reviewed and if there were extenuating factors that skewed the data. It is important to see the data on all aspects of an issue.
