Re: Go WestonAPrice! Rare support for blood type O's who need real meat!

Its not just type Os who need red meat actually. All bodies require the same
nutrients. Also every needs organ meats, probably moreso than any other type
of meat in existence there are enzymes that you cant get anywhere else
except to eat organ meats, also they have the highest concentration AND
most easily assumable form of your amino acids. Especially heart and liver.
Adrenal glands have the highest concentration of vitamin C than any other
edible food in existence-Native Americans knew this to prevent scurvy " a white
mans disease" these were eaten. How did they know? Probably instinct, otherwise
i am not sure.

Also you will be hard pressed to find any vegetable source of coenzyme Q10
which is necesary nutrient, in any substantial amounts.
Also the short and medium chain fatty acids found in animal
products are unique catalysts that the body uses to help make
hormones, build cell walls, build a healthy immune system, and utilyze
a host of vitamins and minerals that require these fats be consumed for
assimilation. Your healthiest and most nutrient dense meats will be:

Organ Meats
Wild Game ( esp Venison )
Red Meats of all kinds
Deep ocean fish
Young meats ( such as lamb and veal )
Eggs ( chicken, duck, etc )Eggs are an excellent source of CoQ10
