Cutting out Meat- For me Good idea!
Y'all can eat what works for you- but I noticed I no longer get sick as I used to after cutting out pork and red meat and all meat in general.
Last night I ate only one Pig in the Blanket (cabbage rolled over ground red meat and rice with sauce). I puked it all up in my dish minutes later. It was fresh meat also and noone else got sick from it because they're all used to eating
food additives , solvents, meat, etc.
A giant cup of Elderberry tea and some slices of mango soothed me immediately.
I enjoy lean meats like fish, tunafish and turkey on occasion. I've found my complexion and skin tone is at it's healthiest when I eat alot of raw fruits and veggies and cut out refined Carbohydrates and grains. I even got a compliment on my complexion from a stranger in a healthfood store last year over it- and I'm 43 years old!
I do eat organic free-range cooked eggs several times each month around my Period, and I'll have some organic dairy Kefir mixed with Stevia and blended fruit at times too-- or organic raw goats' cheeses.
If you take meat away from me, it is no loss on my part. Even the B12 that I dont get from eating meat, I can get from supplements, or Brewers Yeast.
There are lots of vegetable proteins that fill in the gap as well-- Hemp and Hemp Oil is awesome in regards to protein.
Soo-- go eat your meat if you want to- but as for me, I dont miss it!
